“Hired Gun” is a Contract Climber who works for various Tree Service Companies; a day here, a week there, wherever the need exists at any given time; for days/weeks/projects where exceptional skill is required and/or an especially substantial amount of work is at hand.
This opportunity will likely be for 1-3 days per week (to begin with) and could become full-time.
If you are a “Hired Gun” and looking to pick up additional work, and have your own personal equipment, transportation, and motivation to expand your world, then this may be for you.
Contract Climbers we seek should have:
5+ yrs Climbing experience
2+ yrs Crew Lead experience
Valid Drivers License
Personal equipment i.e. Climbing Saddle, Climbing Saw, Hand Saw, Rope, helmet and PPE; minimum. Other equipment such as Truck, Trailer, additional Saws, rigging ropes and equipment, etc. a plus; and will be considered in your compensation.
